A Bit of Background
Synaptic Sparks Inc. (SSI) is a 501c3 Nonprofit institution dedicated to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) education, government research, community service, and providing technological advances to in-need communities. Established in 2013 solely by former Lockheed Martin engineers, SSI was formed to meet a growing community and government need for technological services and products at nonprofit costs.
The entirety of the small business team at Synaptic Sparks possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree in an engineering or science field, and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in their specialization. SSI personnel also include team members with graduate degrees, and decades of industry experience applying those degrees in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Architectural Engineering, Business, Information Technology, and Educational fields. Whether helping community organizations to bring science and engineering industry professionals into a classroom for mentoring, or assisting the Department of Defense in the creation of system and software solutions, the SSI team is there to help.
